We provide guided fasts and cleanses for any amount of time, typically 1-3 days with 3 days being the most popular.
This includes your customized, boosted juices (our virgin juices with additives and accelerants for elimination facilitation). You will also have certified Juice Therapist, Tina Miller, monitoring and guiding you. This is what makes it a "guided" or coached experience. The length and type of the fast/cleanse will determine juice sizes. Since the cleanse is like a nutrition puzzle, we use 8oz,12oz,and 16oz bottles.
We will discuss your previous cleanse experience, if any, as well as your sensitivities, allergies, likes, dislikes, medications, and health conditions to determine the safest structure and pattern of juices for you. You will receive a schedule that eliminates the thinking. No need to make wellness overwhelming! ❤️
